By accessing and using Feature-Forge ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Feature-Forge, operated by Feature-Forge Inc. ("we", "our", or "us").

Feature-Forge is an AI-powered platform that analyzes software project requirements and generates comprehensive documentation including architecture designs, engineering specifications, UI/UX specifications, test plans, and project roadmaps.

The Service uses artificial intelligence technology to provide analysis and recommendations. While we strive for accuracy, the generated documentation is for informational purposes and should be reviewed by qualified professionals before implementation.

To use our Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or device.

Feature-Forge operates on a pay-per-project model. The current price is $149 per project analysis. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

Payment must be completed before project analysis begins. We accept major credit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe. No refunds are provided except as outlined in our refund policy.

All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable taxes, which will be added to your total as required by law.

If you are not satisfied with the documentation generated by our Service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of project completion by contacting our support team.

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Feature-Forge Inc. and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Documentation generated specifically for your projects becomes your property upon payment completion. You have full rights to use, modify, and distribute this generated content for any purpose.

You retain ownership of any original content, data, or requirements you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use it solely for providing the Service.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Submit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other user accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose other than generating documentation for your own projects

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. The generated documentation is based on AI analysis and should be reviewed by qualified professionals before implementation.

IN NO EVENT SHALL FEATURE-FORGE INC. BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
